The Citrus Live, a new live entertainment venue in Downtown Edinburg in the historic Citrus Theater, is seeking a variety of enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team in delivering exceptional service in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Guest Services / Concierge
Location: The Citrus Theater – Edinburg, TX
Job Type: Part-Time / Event-Based
Job Overview:
Guest Services staff ensure all visitors have a positive experience by assisting with directions, answering questions, and handling customer concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information about the venue, events, and policies
- Assist VIP guests and special ticket holders
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns professionally
- Manage lost & found items
- Support ushers and other FOH staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
