What are the responsibilities and job description for the INTERNSHIP - Chaplain Intern position at The City Mission?
Paid Internship from May 19th to August 15th. 25 hours per week, flexible (but within programming hours)

Position Summary:
Assists with delivering pastoral care and promoting spiritual wellbeing to TCM’s program residents.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in preparation and participation of chapel and classes.
- Assist ministering to program residents’ spiritual needs by providing spiritual direction, biblical counsel, and prayer support.
- Assist in representing TCM at church and civic events for the purpose of building relationships.
- Assist in developing church and community-wide contacts.
- Assist in building healthy relationships with program residents.
- Assist with Good Soil assessments.
