Family Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide general medical care and treatment to clients under physician supervision. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting history and physical examinations, and preventive health measures.
• Assessing clients' physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs.
• Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop treatment plans.
• Documenting clinical observations and interventions.
• Prescribing medications and managing client care.
  
  

Qualifications include a Master of Science in Nursing, current Nurse Practitioner license, and experience with psychotropic medications. CPR and de-escalation certification are required. Competitive salary and benefits offered.
