• Removing inedible waste, trash, and debris from the production floor
• Washing down equipment for changeovers
• Removal of excess water from the floor in the food processing area
• Maintaining the operation of processing equipment by following the manufacturer’s operating care guidelines
• Documenting cleaning actions and noting areas needing additional care or monitoring
• Observing all GMPs and SOPs
• Complying with Lancaster Foods LLC policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of six (6) months of work experience

• Occasionally lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Walk, stand, balance, climb, push, pull, lift and reach regularly
• Move and grasp items with both hands; hear and see well
• Work in a wet, damp, dusty environment in temperatures that range from 28 to 90 degrees
• Wear a hairnet, beard net, and a lab coat at all times while in the production area
• Wear steel/composite/aluminum toe, slip-resistant safety shoes/boots
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including a rain suit, goggles, face mask, and gloves)

• Able to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; available for overtime
• Able to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively
• Self-motivated; able to work independently; team-oriented; and able to multi-task
• Able to obtain various required certifications on powered industrial equipment
• Able to read and write

Our distribution center, with over 60 dock doors and temperature-controlled zones, helps us uphold our commitment to the highest food safety standards.
