Job Description: Business Analyst
The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying business needs and determining technology solutions to address them. They act as a liaison between stakeholders (including internal/external customers, IT teams, and management) to gather and analyze requirements, document processes, and ensure that solutions meet business goals. The Business Analyst will help define project scope, priorities, and deliverables, while also managing risk and ensuring that the final product aligns with user expectations and organizational objectives. They will also participate in testing, training, and implementing systems or processes.

Process Mapping: Skilled in documenting and analyzing business processes using tools like BPMN or flowcharts. Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with different levels of stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Proficient in identifying business challenges and recommending solutions. Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear documentation and presenting findings. Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations, strategy, and the industry to align solutions with company goals. Requirements Documentation: Proficiency in creating functional specifications, user stories, and other project documentation. Change Management: Ability to support and guide teams through organizational changes associated with new systems or processes.
