Psychotherapist

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of psychological principles and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment for clients. The Psychotherapist will work collaboratively with clients to develop treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals.

Duties

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health issues.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments to identify psychological, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client goals.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques including addiction counseling, clinical counseling, and applied behavior analysis.
• Provide telehealth services as needed to accommodate client preferences and accessibility.
• Work with clients who have autism or other developmental disorders, ensuring tailored approaches for effective support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients requiring additional services.

Skills

• Strong background in mental health counseling with experience in addiction counseling preferred.
• Proficiency in working with children and families, demonstrating experience in child family counseling.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis techniques is a plus.
• Excellent patient assessment skills to accurately evaluate client needs.
• Ability to maintain clear and thorough medical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Experience providing telehealth services effectively is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
