Strategic Supply Chain Manager
Our client is a major energy industry service provider across North America. Their technology driven leadership, low employee turnover, and culture of excellence deliver industry-leading frac and power generation technology is unmatched. They have consistently reinvested and expanded the company, which is reflected in their strong earnings growth. With that growth comes an opportunity to take on a strategic leadership role in Supply Chain for their new manufacturing and power division. The role is truly a strategic one in development of a strategy for identifying sourcing options, vendor management, contract development with 3rd party vendors, and managing the procurement and inventory for this new division for our client. The Strategic Supply Chain Manager will write the script for the development and advancement of a 1st in class supply chain management team. We are looking for those with supply chain experience in large industry manufacturing of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, engineering or experience in a related field within manufacturing is critical.
- Extensive years of experience in supply chain management within the manufacturing environment is required. Experience in supplier management, contract development and execution, production planning, inventory management, and procurement is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Target Base Compensation Range : $145,000 - $195,000
Annual Cash Bonus - Based on company performance - range estimate between $25,000 to $45,000
LTI - Restricted Stock units eligible
