We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive and organized candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing various tasks related to data management and providing exceptional support within our organization. No prior experience or licenses required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry:
- Accurately enter and maintain data in various systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free
2. Technology monitoring and maintenance:
- Monitor our in-house technology platform(s) for updates, changes, and potential issues related to our customer base.
3. Banking Liaison:
- Act as a liaison between the organization and our proprietary banking platform and software.
4. Cross-Training for Service Calls:
- Participate in cross-training initiatives to provide assistance with customer service calls, ensuring a high level of customer service and support for team members and clients
Qualifications:
- Equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry systems.
- Familiarity with technology platforms in the employee benefit or payroll space
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Life and Health Insurance License preferred
