We're looking to build the best teams possible with highly motivated and engaged employees. We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join one of our Brooklyn properties.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for meeting, greeting and directing residents and guests
• Exceptional customer service
• Track packages and dry-cleaning items
• Answering calls professionally and assists callers with directions or instructions for the building
• Maintain a clean work space
• Possess a good working knowledge of the local area
• Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries
• Keeping the communal areas tidy and providing a security presence on-site
• Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors
• Observe monitors for suspicious activities
• Keep track of keys when needed
• Assist management with request for residents

Qualifications, skills, and abilities:

• 3 years of concierge/ doorman services experience with al luxury rental
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in working with computers including word processing, calendar management, Building Link and Keylink system
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Must be well groomed and display a positive attitude
• Available to work weekends and holidays

Salary Range:

$21.86 - 27.33/ hr.
