Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Representative to join our Dragon's Lair Gym team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our in-gym advertising solutions to businesses within our local community. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional advertising services if they exist.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective advertising campaigns that generate leads and in addition, when necessary, meet client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in advertising or technology sales.
- Strong territory management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent account management capabilities with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in cold calling techniques and direct sales strategies.
- Familiarity with retail sales concepts is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A background in sales management is advantageous but not required.
