We are looking for experienced and energetic Bartenders who are familiar with a wide variety of drink recipes and are capable of delivering quality customer service.
The Bartender will be responsible for serving patrons at our newly remodeled bar and fulfilling drink orders for guests at the bar, as well as the servers in the dining room and Bistro Theatres. Bartender responsibilities:
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally
- Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company's guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department
- Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
Bartender skills and requirements include:
- 1 years' experience working as a bartender
- Must be able to lift 20 pound boxes and stand for an 8-hour shift
- Must be 21 years or older
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills required
- High school diploma/GED required
- RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.00 - $11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
