Title: Quality Control Coordinator (QCC)

Direct Leader: Manager of Control Systems Engineering and Quality Control
Job Description:
As a Quality Control Coordinator, you will ensure TEG Excellence through various Quality Control measures such as : In-shop QC, On-site Punch Walkthroughs, Demo Support, “Warranty” Trips, and Renovation & Improvement Scoping.
Pay & Benefits:
- $18-22/hr Starting Compensation
- Regular 5 hours of weekly overtime

Hours & Schedule:
- Expected Weekly Hours: 40 - 45 with more as projects require
- Travel Expectations: Extensive (40%-60% of possible working days)
- Expected Schedule:
- Office: Monday - Friday (day shift)
- Installation: Monday - Friday plus weekends (depends on installation schedule, weekend work often includes accompanying rest/off days during the upcoming workweek)
- Emergency Travel: As needed, could include nights & weekends with extended hours
- Oncall: Yes
Job Responsibilities:
Production Quality Control
- Create documentation of produced components.
- Help to create and maintain QC documents for current and future experiences.
- Perform the QC function as needed / requested by TEG Manufacturing
General Deployment
- Review Floor Plans : Test Fit, Store Layout, and 90%.
- Provide feedback about possible game play or operational issues as well as identify sight specific components.
- Prepare clue-sets to be site specific while maintaining a standard way to guide the experiences across all locations.
- Prepare Set-Up/Cleaning/Closing/Opening checklists for the store to ensure best practices in caring for our facilities and games.
- Perform as needed store visits during the first year of a deployment.
- Request and facilitate manufacturing or installation changes to TEG Production and Deployment teams as needed.
Onsite Punch Walkthroughs
- Generate a clear list of items that need to be completed before the store/games are handed over to operations.
- Through sign-offs, ensure every item on the list is complete.
- Generate hand-off details if an item is not going to be addressed.
- Work with the project managers and Lead Technicians on-site to find creative solutions to the issues on the above list.
- Create documentation for a clean transition to operations.
- Maintain Installation Documentation, such as the Master Installation Checklist and Installation Guide,
- Refine through on-site observations and facilitating conversations after every installation.
Demo Support
- Transfer knowledge to Product Care and local management team about game functionality, storage, and maintenance.
- Ensure Product Care Operational Systems are in place at the store to encourage best practices for maintaining our facilities and games.
- Support urgent game malfunctions as they arise during the demo process.
- Generate site specific documentation for each new store/game launch to assist in the ongoing care for the game(s)/store(s).
- Be an ambassador of TEG’s brand during the onboarding and training of new team members!
Post Open Support (30-60 Day “Warranty” Period)
- Generate a list of Items to be addressed - TEGB, Tech, or Contractor needs.
- Perform on-site fixes or facilitate repairs through contractor partnerships.
Renovation & improvement Projects
- Travel and generate a list of items below TEG Standards of Excellence
- Generate budget proposals for all items
- Coordinate repairs with internal and external parties
- Travel to verify list execution & completion
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Google Sheets / CSVs and using formulas
- A love for escape rooms and interactive media
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, flexible with tasks
