Are you ready to support the production and logistics of high-quality exhibition materials? The Expo Group is seeking a Graphic Finisher to ensure the timely and accurate execution of work orders, manage inventory, and handle shipping logistics. Based in Irving, Orlando, or Las Vegas, this role plays a vital part in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and meet the needs of our clients.
In this role, you will:
- Collect and complete non B-Matrix work orders
- Collect and complete B-Matrix work orders
- Perform cleanups and garbage runs
- Oversee the packing and shipping processes for each show
- Conduct inventory of past completed shows and stock as needed
- Communicate with designers and supervisors to resolve work order issues
- Assist in finishing structures and materials alongside carpentry and other departments
- Ensure accurate packing materials are used when shipping
- Work in close coordination with the dock team to support shipping logistics
- Educational Foundation: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- Credentials: Forklift Certification (may be obtained after hire)
- Key Skills: Ability to follow detailed work orders, problem-solving skills, effective communication, knowledge of packing and shipping processes, familiarity with warehouse safety protocols
