The Expo Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager to establish and implement project management processes, methodologies, and tools across our IT projects. This remote role will ensure project governance, risk management, and resource allocation align with business priorities while enhancing efficiency across the team.
In this role, you will:
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to company standards and risk management practices.
- Track and manage the IT project portfolio, aligning projects with business priorities and making resource allocation decisions.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, executive leadership, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies, driving efficiency within the PMO.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
- Develop and maintain project reporting tools and dashboards, providing real-time insights into project status, resource use, and KPIs.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 4 years of project management experience, particularly within an IT environment.
- Credentials: Experience in portfolio management; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Key Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, and Project software; strong project governance knowledge; risk management expertise; exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; data-driven decision-making and process improvement mindset.
