What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Personal Trainer position at The Fitness Equation?
The Fitness Equation Master Trainers are among the best in the industry. They are expected to maintain a high level of expertise in programming while conducting workout regimens for our highest value clientele. They will stay one step ahead of the industry through a continuous self-educating process guided by their individual incite. At times they will be asked to lecture and mentor practicing trainers.
Opportunities:
- Education Reimbursement
- $60-90 per hour
- Sales commission.
Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized exercise programs consistent with customer fitness and exercise goals.
- Consistently achieve monthly production goals established by the Fitness Director and/or Assistant Fitness Director.
Qualifications:
- A current nationally accredited personal training certification (example: ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSPA) OR a college degree in exercise related field
- Must hold 1 CPT and 3 additional certifications.
- Must hold a current CPR / AED certification.
- Demonstrated previous successful personal training experience in a commercial fitness center.
