Job Description:
- Critical to the implementation of the HR Operating model, this leadership position plays a significant role in respect of the HR transition of work from European Local Operating Companies into TBS, supporting operational efficiencies through the LEO and BPR programmers, developing and leading a function that has a business solutions approach and creating a best-in-class function and environment for our people.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely completion, approval and export of payroll hours worked and PTO recorded in the UKG Time & Attendance system.
- Researches and resolves escalated payroll inquiries for all hourly pay groups.
- Assist in resolving system errors, incorrect system configurations, and mapping errors resulting in incorrect pay calculations.
- Acts as a resource and provides guidance to UKG Payroll Specialist.
- Conduct UKG system training for new Business Unit Managers
- Supports UKG Payroll Manager with system updates and enhancements, policy changes and other duties as assigned.
- Assist in all time entry operations in UKG -new hires set up and inputs including contractors and temporaries, termination, access controls, adjustments and submissions from both manufacturing and non-manufacturing locations and all blood plasma collection centers across US (Biolife).
- HS, AS, BS graduate with 5 years of experience in payroll and finance, experience with time & attendance / time sheets.
- Pay: $40-48 hourly, depending on experience level
- Hybrid position, onsite 2-3 days per week
- 12-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to permanent
