You do this through the amazing food you prepare and ensuring that it gets to the right place at the right time. You enjoy cooking from scratch and have experience preparing food for multiple locations.
What You Do
You will be assisting the chef in preparing delicious and nutritious meals for the residents of our seven houses. You will package and deliver meals to the houses on a regular schedule using the company vehicle for these deliveries.
Shift: Full Time typically working 8a - 4:30 p - weekdays 1 weekend day (Sat or Sun).
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Qualifications of the Cook:
• 1 year cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Creative, compassionate, and patient, with a genuine passion for working with seniors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications (ServeSafe, etc.) or degree in culinary arts highly valued.
Physical Requirements of the Cook:
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
