We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented REMOTE Office Assistant / Typist Clerk to join our team and help with various day-to-day tasks that keep our office running smoothly.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide secretarial and administrative support for office and business operations
Provide assistance in billing and payment activity (generate invoices, post payments, etc.)
Create documentation for order fulfillment
Answer phone calls, take messages, handle general correspondence with clients
Maintain and create records databases
Perform data entry
Schedule shipping / receiving activity
Perform other tasks as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
Experienced managing administrative operations in an office setting (2 years)
Quick learner, excellent attention to detail, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Capacity to adapt and multi-task, prioritizing tasks as needed to ensure completion
Initiative to implement programs and systems to improve business operations
Experienced working with computers and quick pick-up of new software
QuickBooks / bookkeeping experience a plus
Salary : $22 - $35
