Seasonal Data Entry/ Phone Operator

The Virginia Diner® corporate office is seeking seasonal data entry/ phone operators with active listening skills, patience, and a positive attitude to assist with entering holiday orders in a fast-paced office setting.

• Ensure customers are satisfied with products or services.
• Troubleshoot common issues with a product or service.
• Work with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
• Have knowledge about company products or services to best help customers.
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced office setting.
• Must have the ability to work quickly under pressure.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Have a confident and polite telephone voice.
• Must have reliable transportation.
