The Goddard School® located in Parker, CO is looking for a motivated self-starter Assistant Director.
A candidate will have at least a Level III credential in the Early Childhood Professional Credentials 3.0 program and have recent experience working in a large center as a Preschool Administrator or Assistant Director. The candidate will have a couple years of prior ECE teaching experience.
Candidates must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. A team player is a must.
Responsibilities, at a minimum, include:
· Overseeing preschool operations including human resources, staffing, training/coaching, billing, quality assurance, licensing documentation, and facility operations, policy review/updates
· Complying with state childcare licensing regulations
· Providing concise and in-the-moment feedback and training to staff

Hours:
This position shares responsibility with other Admin staff members to open and close the school which consists of two buildings (13 total classrooms). Each admin staff member opens the school twice a week (6:30 am to 3:30 pm) and closes the school twice a week (9 am to 6:15 pm). Staff members rotate opening/closing on Fridays. There will be occasional need to work longer hours and attend a few weekend events a year (typically 2-3 events which are 2-3 hours in length).
