Position: Night Bell Person

Department: Bellstand

Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)

· Greet, smile, and welcome guest

· Load luggage on bell cart

· Accompany guest to room

· Explain hotel amenities to guest

· Ability to obtain Hotel and Room certification

·

Secondary Responsibilities:

· Deliver newspapers and other items to occupied rooms

· Pick-up room service hang tags and valet items

· Answer Bellstand phone

· Polish brass carts

· Obtain transportation for guest

Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)

· 40 hours per week

· 11PM – 7AM, weekends and holidays included

· Overtime when necessary, subject to winter lay-off

· Prior hotel experience preferred

· Able to speak clearly and be easily understood

· Able to be clearly understood over the phone

Technical Requirements:

· Must be able to learn lay-out of hotel and location of all amenities

· Drivers License required
