Job Description
Bioionix a Madison based company is seeking an applications engineer. Bioionix is seeking an Applications Engineer for our growing water oxidation disinfection products company in Fitchburg, WI. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual will be directly responsible for engineering activities and working with sales/operations to improve project efficiencies to deliver outstanding service.
As an applications engineer you will provide technical sales support to assist the Sales Representatives with technical presentations and preparation of project specifications. Engineer and design complete Bioionix solutions based on production schedule. Maintain engineering drawings and schematics for standard production. Work directly with upper management to develop new product platforms
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a Two (2), or four (4) year technical degree. Knowledge in industrial electrical engineering and knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC ladder logic with a willingness to learn. Knowledge of machinery, hydraulic, mechanical, or other systems. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings. General knowledge of CAD e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD
