Job Description
Bioionix a Fitchburg, Wisconsin based company is seeking a customer and equipment technician. As a customer & equipment Technician, you will be responsible for the customer relations and service of the disinfection equipment. This includes customer relations, product installation, standard maintenance service, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, and/or assisting in product improvements. Technician(s) must be hardworking and resourceful to support Bioionix customers in the field and from office. It is important that technician(s) be comfortable with supporting customers remotely and traveling on-site as necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a technical college degree, or comparable experience, in electronics, or industrial maintenance. Experience or background in automation equipment and software. Ability to have a valid driver’s license and maintain it and the ability to travel up to 50% is a must both nationally and internationally. A strong attention to detail and pride of workmanship and customer relations are also necessary.
