As an Inventory Agent, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our store operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, process purchase orders as needed, and track deliveries and paperwork.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits to verify product counts and required documentation for intake.
- Receive, unpack, and label products accurately and in a timely manner; re-stock items and ensure shelves are properly labeled.
- Track and report inventory surplus, product returns, waste, and damages while ensuring strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage the store’s menu, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on online and in-store platforms.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations by verifying batch numbers and tags for all products.
- Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with computer-generated reports.
- Support the retail floor by ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively at all times.
- Execute systematic processes such as bin movements, product adjustments, and research as needed.
- Lead, guide, and train team members on inventory-related processes as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Shift Responsibilities:
- AM Shift: Conduct daily stock counts and investigate any discrepancies.
- PM Shift: Restock products to ensure inventory levels are accurate and ready for the following day.
Qualifications:
- Previous inventory experience is required.
- Experience with METRC and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and supply management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer skills.
- Excellent database management and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research inventory discrepancies.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to receive, stock, and deliver goods accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed to support company growth.
- Ability to manage high-stress situations and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proper employment documentation.
Schedule:
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
- Weekend availability required
