Our firm is partnering with a leading tool sales, service, and calibration company in Madison Heights, MI, specializing in compressors and assembly tools for the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team in diagnosing and repairing pneumatic, DC electric, and battery-powered tools.
- Perform electronic tasks, including 24V I/O wiring.
- Maintain and calibrate tools, providing detailed service reports.
- Lead, train, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites for on-site repairs and support.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in electronics (24V, I/O wiring) and DC tool repair.
- Strong mechanical skills and experience with technical software.
- Proven leadership and training abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $30-$35 per hour, based on experience.
- Quarterly bonuses (approximately $500, if earned).
