Position Overview:
This Legal Secretary role is an attention-to-detail transactional role balanced with significant client contact and support. This is a role for someone who truly loves people contact yet thrives in following a process and checking off steps in the process as you expedite the client through the process.

While no prior probate experience is required, your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes will ensure smooth client experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role in a legal setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • Proficient in legal terminology and document preparation.
  • Proofread, high attention to detail and demonstrate a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and follow through skills.
  • Fulfilled by getting into the zone at work and thriving through a day of championing. organizing and executing a daily list of tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fearless computer and software attitude!
  • Lifelong learner with a hunger to learn and grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,065.00 - $60,286.00 per year
