Bistro Server

Seeking (3) Bistro Dining Servers to provide exceptional tableside dinner service to our residents, families, and their friends.

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday shifts start at 4pm- 10:00pm*

• Schedule could fluctuate based on reservations and/or community events.

Our Dining Services team is responsible for creating a warm and pleasant dining experience for residents to enjoy their daily meals.

Essential Functions:

• Provides tableside service by greeting and taking meal orders from residents and their guests.
• Completes assigned opening and closing side work, at the beginning & end of shift.
• Participates in daily, monthly, and annual cleaning duties.
• Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
• Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of The Highlands at Pittsford.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
