Executive Housekeeping Manager

Iconic resort in Northern Vermont is looking for an Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and high standards of service across guest rooms and public areas while managing staff and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar certification(s), ideally in a Hospitality Management program; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years progressively responsible experience in a resort operation with at least 3 years housekeeping management. Required experience includes responsibility for hiring, training, supervising and evaluating staff.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall operation in areas relating to the Main Lodge, Night Cleaners, Guest Houses, Villas, and Laundry.
• Provides direct support to Crew Leaders and Supervisors in these areas and ensures they in turn provide direct support to their workers
• .Ensures that service and production standards are established and staff is trained to consistently meet the standards set.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
