Job Description:
We are searching for District Retail Sales Managers to assist our Director of Retail Sales in leading and managing a segment of our corporate retail team with 7 retail locations across Tennessee. This role will play a pivotal role in driving profitable and sustainable growth of our retail operations. We are searching for candidates who can provide exemplary leadership, effective communication, and motivation to our retail team.
You will work closely with both senior leadership and field teams to establish clear expectations and provide the necessary tools for all areas of retail operations. Your expertise will ensure consistent customer experiences and standardized practices across all stores, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.
As a true advocate of exceptional customer service, you will lead by example, demanding outstanding customer service from all field team members. By setting high standards, you will contribute to building strong customer relationships and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities:
· Lead profitable and sustainable growth for designated retail locations.
· Own sales goals for designated retail segments.
· Build and maintain a successful team through trainings, best practice sharing, and hiring.
· Execute retail plans to deliver on KPIs.
· Provide our customers with excellent in-store experience, drive cross-selling, and increase customer retention.
· Own the retail P&L, sales goals, and budgets.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· A detailed understanding and knowledge of the key factors to drive retail sales.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and orientation towards teamwork and self-motivation.
· Possess sales-oriented personality, high energy level and a resilient temperament, outgoing, resourceful individual with intellectual curiosity and direct approach.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
· 5 years of relevant retail experience and 2 years of direct management experience.
· Must be 21 years of age or older.
· Must be authorized to work in the US.

Pay: $52k - $75k Base Salary Variable Compensation package based off retail sales results
