Working alongside the Director of Guest Relations at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities
Maintenance of quality, completeness, and accuracy of guest information
Increased knowledge of guests' personal preferences, as seen at the quality of profile remarks and central comments input in individual profiles
Assist Front Office staff members to ensure guest inquiries are attended in a timely manner.
The creation of individually crafted acts of caring, delivered with sincerity, warmth, and grace to emotionally connect with guests
General Requirements
The ability to communicate credibly and effectively
Must be detail oriented
Must be able to work well in a team environment and multitask under pressure
Knowledge and proficient in Opera PMS (Property Management System)
Creative, flexible with adaptive thinking, with an ability to transform information into relevant acts of customer recognition, and the provision of 'emotional amenities'
As an ambassador for The Peninsula Beverly Hills, ability to reinforce perceptions of quality and caring; ability to relate confidently and effectively with guests, other customers, and colleagues at all levels
