Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Kitchen Operations at The HUB Stadium in Metro Detroit, MI. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, managing the kitchen staff, ensuring quality food production, maintaining food safety standards, and creating menus that resonate with the venue's concept and offerings.
