About The HUB Stadium:

The HUB Stadium is not your typical event venue! With two exciting locations in Auburn Hills and Novi, we offer unique experiences for all types of events - from weddings and corporate gatherings to parties and banquets. Our Auburn Hills location features a full-service kitchen, two bars, football bowling, golf simulators, and axe throwing, while our Novi location offers a full-service kitchen, three bars, a dance hall, ice curling, football bowling, and axe throwing. We're more than just a venue - we're a destination! And we need an experienced HOSPITALITY Marketing Specialist to help spread the word and grow our event AND wedding business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Promote The HUB Stadium’s unique event offerings with a focus on weddings, corporate events, venue buyouts, receptions, and social gatherings.

· Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting a diverse audience, including corporations, event planners, wedding coordinators, and social clients.

· Design and manage digital marketing strategies to drive awareness and increase event bookings for both Auburn Hills and Novi locations.

· Highlight and promote the Auburn Hills location’s full-service kitchen, football bowling, golf simulators, and axe throwing as key attractions for weddings, corporate team-building, and private events.

· Emphasize Novi’s unique amenities including the full-service kitchen, ice curling, football bowling, and axe throwing in marketing materials to draw in new clients for weddings, corporate and social events.

· Build partnerships with wedding vendors, event planners, and corporate entities to establish The HUB Stadium as the top venue for all events, from small parties to large-scale gatherings and full venue buyouts.

· Attend wedding expos, networking events, and trade shows to promote The HUB Stadium to potential clients.

Qualifications:

· Proven marketing experience, preferably in wedding events and/or hospitality industry.

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategies, and content creation.

· Creative thinker with the ability to design compelling campaigns to target corporate clients, wedding planners, and social event organizers.

· Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

· Familiarity with the Michigan events market is a plus.

· Graphic design experience preferred.

· Experience with corporate event marketing and venue promotion is highly preferred.

· Ability to work on site, full-time, between our locations in Auburn Hills and Novi. Typical hours 9am-5pm Monday through Friday with occasional evening or weekend availability depending on event schedule.
