Collaborate closely with Commercial Service Business Analysts to analyze the data, identify key areas of concern, and develop potential resolutions. Ensure the effective maintenance and enhancement of data analysis tools to support ongoing operational improvements. This position is located in Houston, TX zip code: 77087.

Responsibilities:
- Generate reports for current and historical data from various platforms such as Power BI, WennSoft, and CRM.
- Develop and maintain Excel worksheets that gathers data from multiple sources and efficiently present the data with little to no manipulation by the user.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and capabilities of Microsoft Excel.
- Develop and maintain strategies to streamline processes for data storage and accessibility.
- Analyze data for patterns and inconsistencies pointing to areas of financial concern.
- Provide data to and work with Commercial Service Business Analysts to develop strategies that address areas of concern.
- Attend various meetings to provide answers to ongoing business knowledge relating to the data and to identify data that may be needed for further analysis.
- Work with systems developers to add or create new report capabilities tailored to Hunton Service business needs.
- Track progress of operations after changes to procedures to evaluate the efficacy or failures of changes.

Requirements:
- Advanced level of Excel proficiency is required.
- Able to effectively retrieve data, crate pivot tables, create charts, embed data in PowerPoint etc.
- Comfortably create formula with data and table formats.
- Proficient in compiling summary data and analytics for business units.
- Must have extensive capabilities in using statistical and information formulas.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
- Advanced organization skills
- High School Diploma
- College degree is a plus
