Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience handling complex employee relations issues; working knowledge of multiple
human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational development, employee relations, ADA/FMLA, diversity, performance and talent management, and federal and state respective employment laws. Must have experience coaching leaders and employees.
Certifications
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM SCP preferred.
