Common Area Attendant

The Islander is a seven-story condominium located in Destin, Florida on the northern most point of beach on Holiday Isle. We are in need of a full-time common area attendant. We are looking for a person that pays attention to detail, is reliable, and willing to work Saturdays and Sundays. Office located in Destin.

This position includes but is not limited to:

• Keeping the common area clean.
• Cleaning the restrooms both in lobby and at pool houses.
• Emptying trash cans.
• Cleaning glass doorways and windows.
• Dusting the common area.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, emptying trash cans, cleaning and stocking the common areas.
• Ensure that Inside and outside Elevators are cleaned
• Clean Fitness room
• Clean off the outside unit windows, doors, light fixtures on each floor
• Clean off tennis & pickleball courts
• Blowing off all walkways and stairwells.
• Pressure washing various area of walkways for each floor
• Other miscellaneous duties as needed and directed by management

Requirements:

• Ability to climb stairs
• Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday.
• Must be able to bend, lift and stand on feet.
• Must be able to work inside and outside.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
