What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractor position at The Joint Chiropractic?
Chiropractic care: performing adjustments and exams.
At this Joint location, we do things differently. We are the only Joint location in Illinois that is owned and operated by a chiropractor. We know the importance of treating our doctors well, and how to put them in the best possible position to enjoy their work of helping patients. Our straightforward approach allows the doctor to focus on patient care, and not have to worry about anything else. We work as a team, but want our doctors to have the freedom to be themselves and enjoy their shifts while helping patients. No hard selling allowed: determine if it's safe to adjust, if chiropractic care will help the patient, then let our adjusting and the model speak for us. No insurance hassles, no unethical/sleezy sales tactics, no scripts, no marketing, no working outside of scheduled shift times.
The owner handles the business administration and marketing, as well as ensuring that you have the financial stability and security to think long term. Underpinning all of this is a clear set of values that drive every decision we make: respect, accountability, excellence, and above all else, integrity.
Whatever your goal for the future, you will quickly find that The Joint Chiropractic Crystal Lake has the flexibility and commitment to help you achieve your aspirations. Whether that be better work/life balance, part time work for extra income, or a goal to become clinic director.
