About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Business Analyst to join our Transformation Program team. This role will collaborate closely with project team members and business stakeholders to document processes, functional requirements, and user journeys to support the product delivery on the EAM Transformation program. The individual should have interest in learning to document requirements, user stories, and creating process flows. Strong communication skills and attention to details preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional requirements and business needs.
- Create clear and detailed documentation of business processes, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Map out user journeys and develop process flow diagrams to support product development and delivery.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and delivery requirements.
- Assist in defining and analyzing project metrics, as well as identifying potential improvements in existing processes.
- Contribute to meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to capture requirements and feedback effectively.
- Support testing and validation efforts to ensure solutions meet business requirements and user expectations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a business analyst role or a similar role is advantageous but not required.
- Strong interest in business analysis, particularly in documenting requirements, developing user stories, and creating process flows.
- Proficient in using tools for documentation, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, or other process flow software.
