We are looking for a Process Technician to handle injection molding tasks while maintaining the highest standards in process execution and control documentation.

Responsibilities :
- Monitoring, correction and documentation of process deviations
- Continuous improvement efforts ( Operational Efficiency, Productivity, Machine Utilization, SMED, Safety, Mold Setter 5S and Work Area Cleanliness )
- Material handling, change-overs and inventory movements
- Mold setter maintenance of all injection molding and support equipment
- Adherence to all equipment safety procedures, using Lock-Out / Tag Out procedures as necessary
- Support and training of operators on production equipment operation, and equipment and work area safety
- Other duties as necessary or required
Requirements
- Education High School Diploma
- Mold Setting & Injection Molding Processing At least 5 years experience (injection molding machine start-up, processing, and mold changes;
- overhead crane operation and safety; operator station and fixture change-overs; maintenance of primary, auxiliary, and secondary equipment;
ability to read and comprehend work instructions, maintenance logs, maintenance manuals, and other operational literature)
- Scientific Molding Training Paulson, RJG
- Tools / Equipment Extensive knowledge of tools and equipment; experience with fork truck, hand truck, electric pallet jack operation
- Computer Proficiency Microsoft Office
- Soft Skills Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
