Senior Revenue Accountant

The Keller Group is hiring a Senior Revenue Accountant for our growing client in Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to full cycle accounting including monthly closing processes, reconciliations and enjoys working in excel with large data sets. They will be organized, detail oriented and approach each issue with an analytical mindset as well as being collaborative with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with operational accounting tasks, supporting timely month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities in accordance with ASC 606
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements and company accounts to ensure accuracy
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and consolidated financial statements
• Provide support to internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with SOX Controls
• Collaboration with Operations, Financial, Internal Audit, and External Auditors
• Assist in special projects, including new system implementations, process improvements, and acquisitions

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in accounting, audit or finance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA preferred
• Strong experience with Excel and manipulating large data sets
• Large ERP system experience preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of GAAP required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
