What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reentry Coordinator position at The Kintock Group?
General:
This position, under the supervision of the Director will assist the program staff with case management administrative duties and client record keeping.
Job Requirements:
- Maintaining client records in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Coordinating, monitoring & documenting relevant issues for clients
- Providing technical support for program staff, including client intake
- Serving as a liaison between the professional staff, community agencies and clients
- Participating in all mandated staff development sessions
- Assisting with community resource meetings
- Facilitate transportation for clients
- Monitor utilization of program resources
- Contacting institutions to confirm resident departure times
- Generating program reports to track program services
- Tracking client participation
- Performing other duties as assigned by Program Personnel
Qualifications/Skill Requirements:
- One year of related experience in an office environment.
Abilities:
- Understand and comply with company and contract agency rules, regulations, policies and procedures;
- Communicate effectively and all levels within and outside the organization;
- Express ideas clearly and completely, written and oral; Manage time to meet the responsibilities and duties of this position;
- Give attention to detail and follow-through;
- Establish and maintain appropriate working relationships with co-workers and contracting agency representatives;
- Execute all duties in accordance with this position description.
