The Learning Experience of Horizon West is seeking a passionate and happy leader to join our family and help create a nurturing, fun, and inspiring environment for our little learners! What You’ll Bring:

What You’ll Do:
- Identify, interview, and hire teacher candidates while building a network of future talent
- Coach, train, and support staff to ensure the TLE curriculum is executed with excellence
- Maintain proper classroom ratios, manage accident/incident reporting, medication administration, and conduct monthly safety drills
- Oversee student records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and TLE preschool standards
- Develop and communicate staff schedules, balancing operational needs and budget management
