Position Overview
As a Snapology Instructor, you will facilitate educational programs for children ages 4-14 in a variety of settings, including schools, community centers, Snapology partner locations, birthday parties, and special events. This part-time, independent contractor position offers flexibility and an exciting opportunity to inspire young minds through play-based learning.

Position Overview
As a Snapology Instructor, you will facilitate educational programs for children ages 4-14 in a variety of settings, including schools, community centers, Snapology partner locations, birthday parties, and special events. This part-time, independent contractor position offers flexibility and an exciting opportunity to inspire young minds through play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Snapology classes, workshops, camps, and special events using provided curriculum
- Foster a fun, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Set up and break down class materials at each location
- Travel to and from various program sites within the designated service area
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and program partners
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classes
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be a U.S. citizen and authorized to work in the United States
- Experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, coaching, camps, childcare, etc.) is preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel between program locations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Comfortable managing groups of children in a classroom or event setting
- Enthusiasm for STEM/STEAM education and hands-on learning
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position (not an employee role)
- Pay: $18-$23 per hour after the training period has ended
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience and class type
- Flexible schedule with opportunities to teach in a variety of locations
- Training provided to ensure success in leading Snapology programs
