Graphic & UI/UX Designer

Job Description

The Macallan Group is a healthcare-focused creative, marketing, media, and consulting agency. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Graphic & UI/UX Designer to join our team in Hoboken, NJ.

We often act as the agency of record for our clients, so they rely on us for all their design needs. In this role, you will work on a wide range of projects such as logos & branding, social media advertisements, landing page design, and print collateral.

Responsibilities:

• Create original graphic designs for our clients with a focus on digital (UI/UX) design and implementation
• Develop UI workflows, mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how a website will look and function
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams
• Identify UI/UX problems and communicate solutions
• Conduct layout adjustments based on client and user feedback
• Design on-brand marketing materials for clients
• Collaborate with account managers and other team members to gather and evaluate user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
  
  

Requirements:

• Graphic Design Experience & Portfolio
• Must have the ability to work in-person in our Hoboken, NJ office
• Demonstrated understanding of UI/UX concepts, tools, and deliverables
• Working knowledge of interface design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch)
• Experience with the Adobe Suite of design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Excellent time management, communication skills, and ability to collaborate internally
