Description
As a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper you are responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of all assigned duties given by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. In total, the Groundskeeper/Housekeeper is responsible for completing the tasks that enable the community to be maintained in a first-class condition. This position reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Groundskeeper/Housekeeper experience a plus
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to interact with others in a team environment
- Drug test and background check required
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
Requirements
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Daily grounds pick up, to include all amenities and all breezeways - all floors
- Daily cleaning of office and amenities
- Turnkey Cleaning and Touch Up Cleaning of Apartments
- Assist Maintenance Team with other tasks
- Learning and assisting with pool maintenance
- Dog Park and Dog Park Station maintenance
- Model Touch Up Cleaning
- Various Maintenance Tasks
Complete the above duties and all others deemed necessary by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor
This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
