Position Purpose : The Trust 360 Program Development Manager will support our Trust 360 program by advancing marketing and communication strategies both internally and externally. This individual will assist the CEO in ongoing strategic development efforts, including identifying and securing additional strategic partners to expand our service offerings on the platform. Additionally, the role involves compiling data and reporting to the CEO and VP of Specialty Services regarding program progress. Collaboration with the Corporate Marketing and Communications Manager, as well as other departments, is essential to achieve program goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Identify key services to consider adding to the Trust 360 program offerings.
- Develop marketing approaches utilizing all existing platforms, including social media, email (possibly through Vantaca), text messaging (using Text Trusty), and traditional flyers when appropriate (e.g., for retirement communities).
- Demonstrate a commitment to addressing homeowners' needs by developing the program to meet them.
- Conduct surveys that act as an opportunity for customers to be heard and subtly promote Trust 360.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing and Communications Manager.
- Identify opportunities for cross-pollination with other ancillary services to strengthen vendor relationships and gain insights into anticipated work.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and growth.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
