The Margaret T. Morris Center in Prescott has a Full time Assistant Maintenance Director position available.
Eligible for Benefits the first of the month following 30 days - 100% Paid Medical Premium for Employee
Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card and pass a pre-employment drug screen are required.
The schedule is 0930-1800 Tuesday thru Saturday - Sunday/Monday Off
Under the direction of the Maintenance Director, the assistant maintenance director will provide supervision and support of the day-to-day housekeeping and laundry team in addition to maintenance support of trash management, power washing of the building and outdoor areas, floors/carpet, window and furniture cleaning, and other maintenance duties assigned by the maintenance director.
All maintenance and housekeeping services are provided in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations. Reports directly to the Maintenance Director on a daily basis. This is a safety sensitive position.
Supervisory experience required. Must be energetic, be able to work independently and meet the physical demands of the position. Previous assisted living experience is a plus.
Must be able to pass AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card and drug screen test.
