The Master’s Touch is seeking an experienced medical office manager with a proven track record of managing the administrative staff and the financial aspects of a thriving home care agency. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, motivated, and a self-starter.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the medical/ home care field.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records Software (Kantime).
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, QuickBooks (or similar software)
- Experience with management or supervisory experience required
- Exceptional Problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable in the HIPPA and OSHA guidelines
- Financial Management and Billing Experience highly preferred
Duties:
- Oversees and manages the financial operations
- Oversees the management of administrative office staff
- Prepares documents needed by external parties (such as consultants or agents for financial or tax issues)
- Manage confidential records and information
- Weekly staff payroll. Working with the assigned agency payroll company.
- Maintains integrity of financial and clinical records
- Work closely with assigned agency vendors
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Organize weekly administrative staff meetings
