Our company is needing to add a new member to our current 7-member accounting department. This position will be learning and involved in creating the daily duties of this position. You will be working with the Amazon group as well as a current member who works with our freight vendors.
Description:
We are starting a new venture as a large vendor for Amazon. We have working with Amazon for several years, but we are moving into a larger role with them. The position will review daily sales, returns, fees, and payments from Amazon to us. Understanding A/R reconciliation and general ledger posting are important. This position will assist a current member with freight vendor invoices and handle disputes. Other duties may be required as the position develops.

Wholesale and manufacturer of optical eyewear and accessories. 6 warehouses in us and sales reps in every state.

Experience:
- Accounting Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of general accounting required
- Proficient in Excell
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sage X3 ERP a plus
- Ability to research and dispute items as needed.
