Bandera at Preston Hollow has an immediate need for a Maintenance Technician!!!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in
- Routine maintenance tasks, minor requests and preventative maintenance
- Monitor condition of the community, pick up grounds and report any issues
- Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling
- HVAC experience/knowledge in a plus
- Must be dependable and have own transportation
