Job Title: Pallet Builder
Schedule: Monday - Friday, every other Saturday
Hours: 6am-2:30pm OT

Our customer is currently in need of a diligent and highly motivated Pallet Builder to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for those skilled in the construction and repair of wooden pallets, and who thrive in an industrious, fast-paced environment.
Job Overview
As a Pallet Builder, you will be essential in the production and refurbishment of high-quality wooden pallets that are a crucial part of our daily operations. Your role will involve using power tools and automated machinery to design, construct, and repair sturdy and reliable pallets. A keen eye for detail, muscular strength, and an unwavering commitment to safety are crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Build and refurbish wooden pallets using hand and power tools
- Adhere to design and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections of finished pallets to ensure conformity to specification
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar role or working within a production environment
-Proficiency with measuring and use of tape measurers.
- Proficiency with power tools and machinery
- Exceptional manual dexterity and physical strength
-Physical ability to lift and bend
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
